This team building activity promotes sustainability by encouraging participants to repurpose and upcycle materials that would otherwise be considered waste by using their creativity and innovation and transform into eye-catching furniture pieces.

We provide a wide range of materials that can be repurposed and transformed into unique furniture pieces. These materials may include reclaimed wood, discarded fabric, old tires, ropes, and various other items.

This Sustainability Team Building activity goes beyond creativity and sustainability by incorporating a meaningful interaction with and positive impact on the lives of the children involved in the activity if needed.

The furniture created during the activity is donated to local communities, schools, or organizations in need. This way, the participants not only create lasting memories but also make a tangible difference by providing functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture to those who may not have access to it otherwise.

Trash to Treasure is designed for groups of 3 to 2000 participants, making it suitable for small teams as well as large corporate gatherings. The experience is fully scalable — our facilitators adapt the format to your exact headcount.
