What was the challenge?
75 participants from EY GDS (CS), Team AOA, took part in a full-day experiential workshop in Manila, Philippines. The objective was to align participants with EY’s All In Strategy & Transformative Leadership Model through challenges centered on creativity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
2Our Solution
What solution did we design?
The program featured two tailored challenges. Trash to Treasure encouraged teams to repurpose everyday materials into functional furniture, symbolizing branding brilliance and innovation. Vision Pyramid involved the collaborative construction of a 9-foot structure representing EY’s shared purpose and the power of a growth mindset.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
The day began with icebreakers and energizers, followed by the Trash to Treasure challenge, which emphasized transformation, personal brand value, and strategic thinking. In the second half, teams tackled the Vision Pyramid, focusing on collaboration, alignment, and shared goals.

What were the results?
The workshop fostered creativity, unity, and leadership alignment. Participants left with valuable insights on achieving goals as a team, adapting in new environments, and contributing to a better working world.
