Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of The Thought Bulb ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

The Thought Bulb provides corporate team building activities, leadership training programmes, CSR activities, virtual team building sessions, and related experiential learning services ("Services"). All Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST. A formal invoice will be issued upon confirmation of the booking. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Since programme preparation begins immediately upon booking, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations result in a charge of 75% of the total programme fee.
• Rescheduling requests made at least 7 working days prior to the programme date will be accommodated subject to availability.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the programme.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for: (a) providing accurate participant numbers at least 5 business days before the event; (b) ensuring an appropriate and safe venue; (c) obtaining any necessary permissions for the proposed activities; and (d) informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements of participants that may affect programme delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All activities, content, training materials, and proprietary methodologies delivered by The Thought Bulb are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not replicate, reproduce, or resell any programme, activity, or material without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Thought Bulb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific programme in question.

8. Photography and Media

The Thought Bulb may photograph or video-record programme activities for internal training and marketing purposes. If you do not consent to photography, please inform us in writing at least 5 business days before your programme.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
