Cooking challenge

The purpose of the Cooking Team Building Activity is to bring together people from different backgrounds and help them work together to create a delicious 3-course meal.

The activity helps teams embrace uncertainty and different types of approaches to changes and new situations, which is often necessary in today's constantly changing market.

The ingredients are auctioned off, and teams earn resources to cook the meal. If a team loses the auction, they must come up with creative ways to arrange the resources.

The goal of the activity's customer-centric approach is to encourage employees to put themselves in customers' shoes and create more customer-friendly products.

The activity encourages leadership during a crisis by providing unexpected challenges or sudden lack of resources, giving opportunities for responsible employees or leaders to take control and deliver better results than usual.

Cooking challenge is designed for groups of 3 to 100 participants, making it suitable for small teams as well as large corporate gatherings. The experience is fully scalable — our facilitators adapt the format to your exact headcount.

Cooking challenge is an in-person activity, conducted at your office, an offsite venue, or any location of your choice across India. Our team handles all logistics and facilitation on-site.
