1The Challenge
What was the challenge?
Siemens organized an offsite event in Dehradun and wanted to provide their participants with a unique and futuristic team-building experience. They sought an activity that would be completely different from their previous events. The Thought Bulb team proposed the flagship futuristic activity called the Drone Around the World Challenge. The objective was to engage the participants in a fun and interactive drone-building and racing experience.
2Our Solution
What solution did we design?
To meet the team's requirements, we suggested the Drone Around the World Challenge as a flagship activity. This hands-on approach would provide a unique and futuristic experience for the participants, setting it apart from their previous team-building activities.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
The event began with participants gathering and engaging in fun and energetic ice breakers to set the energetic tone for the day. After the ice breakers, the participants were divided into smaller teams, each assigned the task of building a fully functional drone. With the guidance of facilitators and using the provided dismantled nano drone parts, teams worked together to construct their drones.
4Key Outcomes
What were the results?
The Drone Around the World Challenge successfully met the team's objective of providing a fun and futuristic team-building experience. Participants were actively involved in building their drones and had the opportunity to learn and maneuver them. The engaging drone relays and obstacle races added an element of excitement and competition. The participants thoroughly enjoyed the activity, and the event achieved its goal of providing a completely different and memorable team-building experience."
