What was the challenge?
The Thought Bulb collaborated with E&Y to design and deliver a series of comprehensive learning and team-building workshops. The aim was to enhance collaboration, break down silos, and foster innovation across E&Y's locations in Gurugram, Bangalore, Kochi, and Chennai. Additionally, virtual sessions were conducted for teams in Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Manila, Wroclaw, and Colombo to ensure a global and inclusive approach.

What solution did we design?
The workshops comprised three carefully crafted activities, each designed to address specific objectives. The first activity, "Speed Networking," aimed to facilitate better interpersonal relationships among participants, breaking down communication barriers and encouraging cross-functional collaboration. The second activity, "Airport Makeover," delved into the principles of design thinking. Participants were engaged in a hands-on experience to understand the importance of user-centric design, ideation, and prototyping. This activity not only encouraged creative problem-solving but also instilled a mindset of continuous innovation. The third activity, "Drone Around the World," involved teams assembling fully functional drones and participating in a thrilling drone race. Beyond the excitement, this activity had a charitable aspect - the drones were donated to a non-profit organization, allowing children to experience the joy of flying while learning programming concepts through interactive technology.
