Squid Game with Haleon in Agra

Haleon brought The Thought Bulb into their Annual Meet in Agra for a 2-hour full-scale Squid Game challenge for 200 participants — a war cry, a facilitator abduction, six iconic game challenges, and a debrief tied to Haleon's internal messaging. Fun, high energy, and exactly as briefed.

1The Challenge

What was the challenge?

Haleon's Annual Meet brought together 120 Experts and 80 GTS participants — two distinct cohorts sharing the same room, the same programme, and the same two hours. The objective was clear: fun, challenging, and high energy. After a day of business, the room needed to be completely transformed in both atmosphere and spirit. The debrief also carried weight — the facilitation team needed to connect the experience back to a specific internal deck and messaging framework, making this more than just a fun activity but a purposeful close to a significant company moment.

2Our Solution

What solution did we design?

The Thought Bulb designed a Squid Game experience that used every inch of the venue — the big ballroom for the debrief, the lawn and additional spaces for the challenges — giving the programme a sense of scale and movement that matched the energy the brief demanded. The game sequence was built around six iconic challenges: Red Light Green Light, Separation Anxiety, Balloon Tower, Jigsaw Puzzle, Tik Tak Toe, and Huddle Race — each escalating the intensity, each demanding a different kind of teamwork. The programme opened with a war cry. Then the twist: mid-programme, the facilitator was "abducted" by the Mask Man — a theatrical moment that plunged the room into the full Squid Game atmosphere.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

200 participants moved through the six challenges across the lawn and additional spaces, while the ballroom was held for the debrief. The war cry opened the session with collective energy. As the challenges progressed through Red Light Green Light, Separation Anxiety, Balloon Tower, Jigsaw Puzzle, Tik Tak Toe, and finally the Huddle Race, the room built to a crescendo — 200 people fully invested in a two-hour experience. The facilitator abduction was the centrepiece theatrical moment — the point where the Squid Game world became fully real. Four facilitators managed the full experience across multiple spaces simultaneously. The closing debrief in the ballroom connected the agility, communication, and collective performance to Haleon's internal messaging.

4Key Outcomes

What were the results?

The Squid Game programme delivered exactly what Haleon needed to close their Annual Meet — a room of 200 people who had competed, laughed, and worked together across six high-energy challenges, then sat down to connect all of it back to what it means to work at Haleon. 200 participants. 6 challenge stations. 1 war cry. 1 abduction. A debrief that landed.
