1The Challenge

What was the challenge?

ASICS brought together 20 participants in India with a clear mandate: strengthen team cohesion, break down silos, and build the kind of trust that translates into real performance. 20 participants from ASICS attended a full-day workshop at Lemon Tree, Gurugram, centred on understanding the need for change, improving strategic decision-making, and overcoming resistance to change.

2Our Solution

What solution did we design?

The program covered key learning outcomes such as growth vs. fixed mindset, change management, innovative thinking, and problem-solving. Teams engaged in challenges, with each activity followed by a debrief that uncovered valuable insights for the participants.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

Ice-breakers fostered team bonding. The Idea Ring activity encouraged innovation and a shift from a fixed to a growth mindset, as teams developed creative solutions. Nuclear Punch tested adaptability in a controlled setting, revealing key behaviours like strategic thinking, critical analysis, and long-term goal alignment. The day ended with the Pyramid activity, promoting collaboration, trust, and the mindset of a high-performing team.

4Key Outcomes

What were the results?

Each activity concluded with a debrief and sharing session, connecting the learnings and experiences. The final discussion emphasized the leadership wheel model, focusing on collaboration, decision-making, self-awareness, motivation, and alignment with shared goals. A workbook outlining key learning outcomes and offering participants space for reflection and a path forward was also provided. 20 participants completed the programme with an overall satisfaction score of 9.8/10. Facilitation quality was independently rated 9.9/10. ASICS reported a visible and sustained improvement in cross-team communication in the weeks following the programme — and subsequently engaged The Thought Bulb for a follow-up session.
