1The Challenge

What was the challenge?

A virtual offsite was organized by The Thought Bulb for Sun Pharma, bringing together a team of 70 people from different cities. The objective of the offsite was to build a connection and foster collaboration among the teams from different zones.

2Our Solution

What solution did we design?

The proposed solution included three activities: Fun Trivia and Treasure Hunt, and Mission Moon Lander. These activities were designed to fulfill the objectives of collaboration, inter-team communication, and fun. The Thought Bulb team aimed to create an engaging and interactive half-day intervention for the participants.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

a) Internal Discussions and Processes: The first half of the day was dedicated to internal discussions and processes within Sun Pharma. This time allowed the facilitator to establish a connection with the participants and set the stage for the activities that followed. b) Fun Icebreakers: The facilitator started the session with fun icebreakers to build a connection and create a positive and engaging environment. These icebreakers helped participants relax and connect with each other, fostering a sense of camaraderie. c) Team Activities: Participants were divided into teams or break-out rooms to experience the three activities one by one. This allowed them to interact with colleagues from different cities and foster collaboration. The activities included Fun Trivia and Treasure Hunt, which encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. The Mission Moon Lander activity provided a virtual experience that required teams to make key decisions and solve challenges together. d) Breaks and Energizers: The session was well-planned with adequate breaks in between activities. These breaks provided participants with time to recharge and restore their energy levels. Energizers, such as a blooper video, were incorporated to keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. e) Winner Announcement and Closing: In the third section of the session, the winners of the activities were announced, adding a sense of competition and excitement. After the announcement, the teams enjoyed an action-packed blooper video for entertainment purposes. The offsite concluded with a high-energy closing, leaving participants with a positive and memorable experience.

4Key Outcomes
