1The Challenge
What was the challenge?
GAP India organized a virtual engagement program to bring together its team and celebrate Diwali. The objective was to promote socialization and celebrate the team's success and the festival of lights. The program included a special activity called Virtual Raise a Toast, organized by the Thought Bulb team.
2Our Solution
What solution did we design?
The Thought Bulb team proposed a piquant activity of Virtual Raise a Toast for the GAP team. This activity aimed to celebrate the team's success and Diwali, while also fostering socialization among team members.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
1. The program began with icebreakers to set the energetic tone for the upcoming activities. The main activity, Raise a Virtual Toast, featured a professional mixologist who joined the virtual session. The mixologist guided the participants in creating amazing drinks using ingredients readily available at home. This interactive session allowed team members to engage in a fun and creative activity while celebrating Diwali and the team's achievements. 2. The session concluded with a toast to acknowledge the team's efforts during these unprecedented times and to commemorate the festival of lights, Diwali.
