The Novartis India team, comprising nearly 700 participants, came together for a virtual team building program. What solution did we design?

The Thought Bulb team proposed an exciting and engaging digital treasure hunt called the ""Incredible India Treasure Hunt"" as the solution for the virtual team building program. This activity was designed to foster collaboration among teams and promote the organization's message of 'Win as One.'

How was the programme delivered?

1. Teams from different regions (North, South, East, and West) joined the virtual event on the MS Teams platform. 2. The session began with icebreakers to set the energy levels and create a positive atmosphere. 3. The main event, the ""Incredible India Treasure Hunt,"" was introduced to the teams. 4. Teams collaborated to solve challenges and clues related to different aspects of Indian culture and heritage. 5. The treasure hunt was conducted digitally, utilizing various platforms and technologies to enhance engagement and interaction. 6. Throughout the activity, teams communicated, strategized, and worked together to progress in the treasure hunt. 7. The objective was to encourage teamwork and reinforce the organization's message of 'Win as One.' 8. The program provided a platform for employees to bond virtually and experience the joy of working together towards a common goal.
