Priceline, a travel industry firm, partnered with Thought Bulb to celebrate International Women's Day for their employees. The objective was to create a virtual event that celebrated womanhood and encouraged engagement, networking, and team building among the women employees.

What solution did we design?

The proposed solution was to organize a customized Treasure Hunt event, conducted virtually via Zoom.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

1. Theme and Icebreakers: The event was based on the theme ""Choose to Challenge."" The women employees of Priceline joined a Zoom meeting on the 8th of March. The session started with icebreaker activities that included thrilling challenges. 2. Breakout Rooms: After the icebreakers, the participants were divided into teams and moved to breakout rooms. Each team was provided instructions for the customized Treasure Hunt. 3. Customized Treasure Hunt: The Treasure Hunt included various challenging elements such as draping sarees, dancing, singing, and cherishing mentors. Teams had to complete these tasks within a specified time frame. 4. Winning Team Sharing Experience: At the end of the Treasure Hunt, the winning team had the opportunity to share their experience with the other teams. They shared their journey, challenges faced, and lessons learned during the hunt. 5. Joy of Giving: Following the winning team's presentation, a moment of giving back was incorporated into the event. The participants engaged in an act of philanthropy by gifting special items to an NGO that works for the benefit of underprivileged women in India. This gesture aimed to promote solidarity and support for women in need. 6. Humorous Blooper Video: To add a touch of humor and entertainment, a blooper video capturing funny moments from the event was shown. This video showcased the enthusiasm and spirit of the participants, creating a lighthearted atmosphere.

What were the results?

The event successfully achieved its objectives of celebration, engagement, and networking among the women employees of Priceline. By organizing a virtual Treasure Hunt, the participants were able to connect, collaborate, and have fun together.
