1The Challenge
What was the challenge?
40 participants from BrightNight Power Ltd. gathered for a 3-day offsite filled with interactive and innovative activities designed to foster team bonding, communication, change management, problem-solving, innovative mindset, and empathy.
2Our Solution
What solution did we design?
This 3-day program was strategically planned, with key outcomes targeted for each day. Day 1: The focus was on team bonding through activities like Speed Working, which fostered quick collaboration, and the AR Treasure Hunt, promoting innovative thinking and problem-solving using augmented reality. Day 2: The workshop concentrated on communication and empathy, with the Everest Challenge driving collaboration and a deeper understanding of team dynamics. Day 3: The final day focused on change management and collaboration through the Smart City Challenge and Cosmic Laser Challenge, both of which emphasized teamwork, adaptability, and strategic thinking. The 3-day experiential learning culminated in a comprehensive debrief using frameworks such as Kurt Lewin’s Change Management Model, Tuckman’s Stages of Team Development, Fixed Mindset vs. Growth Mindset, and SWOT Analysis for big-picture thinking and fostering an innovation mindset.
