What was the challenge?
OLX India had specific requirements for a comprehensive workshop that spanned 1.5 days. They sought to address key objectives including Personality Types & Working Types, Breaking Silos, Empathy, and Going the Extra Mile.

What solution did we design?
We designed a detailed workshop incorporating multiple activities to target these objectives. Our approach involved a mix of engaging activities and classroom training, utilizing experiential tools.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
The 1.5-day program was divided into three segments. The first segment featured The Everest Challenge, fostering empathy by encouraging participants to see things from others' perspectives. The second segment, Team Olympics, involved energetic game stations promoting going the extra mile. The final day included an Emergenetics Personality Assessment training, where participants explored their own personality types and gained insights into their team's working styles. Throughout the session, various experiential exercises enhanced holistic understanding of the objectives. Throughout the session Team Thought Bulb kept the energy levels high by conducting mini activities and icebreakers in between segements.
4Key Outcomes
What were the results?
By the workshop's conclusion, participants had gained a deeper understanding of their own working styles and those of their team members. This empowered them to break silos, implement empathy, and go the extra mile in their day-to-day work lives.
