The team members embarked on a journey through the beautiful landscapes of Goa, armed with GPS devices and a shared objective. They worked together, leveraging their collective skills and knowledge, to navigate through the designated terrain and solve clues leading them to hidden treasures.
As they traversed the outdoor environment, the team members engaged in meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and forged stronger connections. They collaborated closely, brainstorming ideas, strategizing their next moves, and supporting each other throughout the challenge.

What were the results?
The debrief session provided an opportunity for the participants to reflect on their experience during the Tech Terrain Challenge. They discussed the importance of collaboration, effective communication, and trust in achieving success as a team. The adventure not only strengthened their bonds but also highlighted the significance of working together towards a common goal.
The Tech Terrain Challenge in Goa offered the CISCO participants a chance to break free from the confines of the workplace and discover new dimensions of their colleagues' personalities. They learned to rely on each other's strengths, adapt to challenges, and celebrate their collective achievements.
15 participants completed the programme with an overall satisfaction score of 9.6/10. Facilitation quality was independently rated 9.8/10. Cisco reported a visible and sustained improvement in cross-team communication in the weeks following the programme — and subsequently engaged The Thought Bulb for a follow-up session.
