What was the challenge?
120 participants from OAP India came together in Bhaktapur Durbar Square for a high-energy engagement workshop. A UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich culture, temples, and traditional architecture, the venue became the perfect backdrop for a fun-filled experiential challenge designed around exploration, collaboration, and local immersion.

What solution did we design?
The workshop revolved around the Tech Terrain Challenge, where participants were divided into 8 teams and sent across different parts of Bhaktapur to complete location-based tasks, photo/video challenges, and interactive activities with locals.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
The challenge began with an energetic flag-off activity before teams dispersed across the heritage square. Participants completed engaging tasks such as performing a Tandav dance, bargaining with street vendors, and creating marketing pitches for local shops. Along the way, teams explored the streets of Bhaktapur, interacted with locals, captured memorable moments, and experienced the culture of Nepal while competing with one another. The experience concluded with a prize hamper for the winning team, while every participant received curated goodie bags filled with memorable keepsakes from Nepal.

What were the results?
The workshop showcased how experiential outdoor engagement can strengthen collaboration, communication, and team bonding in an organic and enjoyable way. By combining competition with cultural exploration, participants from OAP India created meaningful shared experiences and lasting memories together.
