What was the challenge?
Roche brought together 270 participants in Bangkok with a clear mandate: strengthen team cohesion, break down silos, and build the kind of trust that translates into real performance. 270 participants from Roche in Thailand took part in a high-energy Speed Networking workshop in Bangkok. The objective was to enhance communication, collaboration, and quick-thinking through a series of fun and interactive challenges designed to foster stronger team connections.

What solution did we design?
The activity featured rapid-fire networking tasks, including icebreakers, group discussions, and problem-solving challenges. Participants engaged in quick interactions, aiming to outsmart the competition and connect with colleagues from various departments. The focus was on testing communication skills, collaboration, and adaptability.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
The event began with introductory icebreakers to set the tone for the day. Teams then participated in several challenges that required them to think on their feet, collaborate under time pressure, and network efficiently to complete tasks.

What were the results?
The event sparked enhanced communication, built new relationships, and strengthened teamwork. Participants walked away with improved networking skills and a greater sense of collaboration, all while having fun and staying engaged throughout the high-paced, interactive experience.
270 participants completed the programme with an overall satisfaction score of 9.6/10. Facilitation quality was independently rated 9.8/10. Roche reported a visible and sustained improvement in cross-team communication in the weeks following the programme — and subsequently engaged The Thought Bulb for a follow-up session.
