What was the challenge?

260 participants from Siemens came together for a unique team-building experience that combined sustainability, social impact, & collaboration. The Water Drop Challenge was designed to foster teamwork, problem-solving, and corporate social responsibility, leaving a lasting impact on both participants and the community.

What solution did we design?

This team-building initiative was carefully designed to achieve specific outcomes, focusing on sustainability and social responsibility while enhancing collaboration and problem-solving skills. Phase 1: The challenge began with an engaging briefing on the importance of clean water access and sustainability, setting the stage for the hands-on activity. Phase 2: Teams worked together to assemble RO water purifiers, emphasizing teamwork, precision, and problem-solving. Phase 3: To add a personal touch, participants decorated the purifiers with messages of hope before donating them to NGOs in Jaipur, reinforcing their commitment to social impact.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

Participants were divided into smaller teams and immersed in a hands-on experience that combined technical assembly with creativity and social responsibility. Each phase of the challenge focused on key skills such as collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability. Hands-on Learning: Assembling the RO water purifiers required careful coordination, reinforcing the importance of teamwork and shared responsibility. Creative Engagement: Teams personalized each purifier with meaningful messages, enhancing their emotional connection to the cause. Impactful Contribution: The challenge concluded with the donation of 25 purifiers, directly benefiting underprivileged communities by reducing waterborne diseases.
