1The Challenge
What was the challenge?
a leading pharmaceutical company brought together their team in India with a clear mandate: strengthen collaboration across a high-performing, fast-moving pharmaceutical team. Despite being talented individually, the group needed a shared experience that would build genuine trust, dissolve hierarchy, and create the behavioural alignment that drives real business results. The Thought Bulb was briefed to design a programme that was purposeful, energising, and precisely tailored to this team's specific dynamics — nothing generic, nothing off-the-shelf.
2Our Solution
What solution did we design?
The Thought Bulb designed a fully custom in-person Music & Creativity Challenge across India for the team. Every element was built from scratch around a leading pharmaceutical company's objectives — the challenge design, team compositions, facilitation rhythm, and debrief structure were all tailored to produce specific outcomes. The programme blended structured problem-solving with high-energy collaborative challenges, ensuring both sustained engagement and genuine behavioural learning throughout. No off-the-shelf modules, no generic facilitation — every minute of the session was intentional.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
In the spirit of friendly competition, the participants were divided into smaller teams and given the exciting task of creating their own team rap. Each team had the freedom to unleash their creativity and come up with unique verses. Once all the verses were ready, the teams practiced and then came together to present the complete rap as a unified force. This collaborative process not only allowed the teams to showcase their creativity and musical talent but also fostered a sense of belonging towards the organization and camaraderie among peers.
4Key Outcomes

Facilitation quality was independently rated 10.0/10. a leading pharmaceutical company reported a visible and sustained improvement in cross-team communication in the weeks following the programme — and subsequently engaged The Thought Bulb for a follow-up session.
