3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
- The virtual session began with all employees joining a Zoom call at a designated time. To energize the participants, virtual icebreakers were conducted as a prelude to the main activity. The employees were then divided into teams and provided with a weblink for the Collaborative Art Challenge.
- In the Collaborative Art Challenge, team members worked together to create a virtual art piece based on a predetermined theme. Each team member simultaneously colored the virtual picture, fostering teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. The activity encouraged collaboration and allowed team members to contribute their individual creativity to a shared goal.
- Once the teams completed their artwork, they presented their creations virtually to everyone. Awards were given based on the teams' performance, recognizing their problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity throughout the activity.
