What was the challenge?
Team Panasonic organized an intervention for their culture ambassadors to initiate meaningful conversations and activities centered around people and culture. The event took place on 8th March 2019, with 80 participants engaging in a full-day program. The Thought Bulb team facilitated an experiential intervention aimed at fostering shared learning and generating ideas to establish a solid foundation based on a strong culture. The objective was to build a healthy culture aligned with Panasonic's core values.

What solution did we design?
The intervention focused on creating an immersive and interactive experience for the culture ambassadors. Through engaging activities like Pyramid and Musical Symphony, the participants were encouraged to explore the importance of culture and its connection to the company's values. These activities aimed to ignite conversations and generate insights to shape a robust and positive organizational culture.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
The day began with the participants forming a Giant pyramid, symbolizing the strength and unity of a team working towards a shared purpose. This activity emphasized the significance of collaboration and the role it plays in fostering a healthy culture. It served as a visual reminder of the power of working together to achieve common goals. Later in the day, the participants engaged in the Musical Symphony activity. Each person was assigned an instrument and, together, they created a harmonious symphony. This exercise showcased the importance of teamwork, coordination, and individual contributions in building a thriving culture. It highlighted the notion that every member of the organization plays a vital role in shaping the overall culture. Throughout the program, the Thought Bulb team facilitated discussions and encouraged the culture ambassadors to share their learnings and insights. The participants were given opportunities to reflect on their experiences, exchange ideas, and brainstorm strategies to strengthen the organizational culture based on Panasonic's core values.
4Key Outcomes
What were the results?
The debrief session provided a platform for the culture ambassadors to consolidate their learnings and insights from the day's activities. They discussed the importance of values-based culture and the impact it has on employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational success. The participants shared their ideas and suggestions on how to build a rock-solid foundation for a healthy culture, leveraging their individual and collective experiences."
