What was the challenge?
NetCore brought together 170 participants in Bangkok with a clear mandate: strengthen team cohesion, break down silos, and build the kind of trust that translates into real performance. 170 participants from NetCore gathered in the vibrant city of Bangkok for an immersive experience aligned with NetCore’s GAIN vision of growth through innovation. The workshop was designed to strengthen collaboration, inspire innovation, and emphasize the power of collective achievement.

What solution did we design?
The day centered around the Pyramid Challenge, a creative and strategic activity where teams constructed individual pyramids — each customized to reflect key themes of Growth, AI, and NetCore. These small pyramids were later brought together to build one giant structure, symbolizing the strength of unity and the shared journey toward GAIN.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
Participants were divided into 19 teams, each tasked with designing and building a small freestanding pyramid. Each side of the pyramid carried a unique theme — Growth, AI, and NetCore — expressed through colors, designs, and meaningful illustrations. Once completed, all 19 small pyramids were assembled to create a magnificent giant pyramid with its three major sides representing G, AI, and N. The process blended creativity, strategic alignment, and collaborative energy, culminating in a powerful visual representation of the GAIN vision.

What were the results?
The workshop inspired participants to collaborate with creativity, agility, and strategic focus. Through hands-on building and shared purpose, teams experienced the power of collective achievement. The Pyramid Challenge reinforced the importance of unseen contributions, strong foundations, and a unified vision. The day concluded with energized teams, stronger bonds, and a renewed commitment to NetCore’s GAIN journey of growth through innovation. 170 participants completed the programme with an overall satisfaction score of 9.6/10. Facilitation quality was independently rated 9.7/10. NetCore reported a visible and sustained improvement in cross-team communication in the weeks following the programme — and subsequently engaged The Thought Bulb for a follow-up session.
