3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
Icebreakers: To charge up the group and foster a connection, a quick 5-10 minute icebreaker activity was conducted. This allowed team members to get to know each other better and create a positive atmosphere for the main activity.
Activity: The Million Pixels Challenge was executed by dividing the participants into small teams. Each team was given a picture that they had to replicate on a blank canvas using pixels. The teams worked collaboratively, combining their diverse skills and perspectives, to recreate their assigned images. Once completed, the individual images were joined together to reveal a larger picture, symbolizing the power of unity and diversity.
4Key Outcomes

c) Seamless teamwork: The workshop emphasized the importance of seamless teamwork. Participants gained insights into how effective collaboration, open communication, and leveraging diverse perspectives can contribute to the success of a team."
