What was the challenge?

A team of 200 enthusiastic participants embraced the spirit of giving and came together for a special Christmas CSR Team Building Event. With the goal of making a difference in the lives of underprivileged children, they donned Elf hats and engaged in activities to design shoes, bags, and toys for these wonderful kids. The event aimed to combine team building with a corporate social responsibility initiative, creating a memorable and impactful experience.

The team building event centered around the Santa Factory challenge, where participants used their creativity and teamwork to design shoes, bags, and toys for underprivileged children. This event offered a unique opportunity to combine the joy of the holiday season with a meaningful CSR initiative, enabling the team to make a positive impact in the lives of children in need.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

The participants, sporting their festive Elf hats, were divided into teams and provided with the necessary materials for designing the shoes, bags, and toys. They brainstormed ideas, collaborated on designs, and put their artistic skills to use. Each team worked together to create unique and personalized items that would bring joy to the hearts of the underprivileged children.

As the teams worked diligently on their creations, the event organizers provided guidance and support, ensuring that the items met the required quality standards. The process fostered communication, collaboration, and a sense of purpose among the participants, reinforcing the importance of working together to make a difference.

During the debrief session, the participants reflected on the impact of their collective efforts.
