The participants, sporting their festive Elf hats, were divided into teams and provided with the necessary materials for designing the shoes, bags, and toys. They brainstormed ideas, collaborated on designs, and put their artistic skills to use. Each team worked together to create unique and personalized items that would bring joy to the hearts of the underprivileged children.
As the teams worked diligently on their creations, the event organizers provided guidance and support, ensuring that the items met the required quality standards. The process fostered communication, collaboration, and a sense of purpose among the participants, reinforcing the importance of working together to make a difference.

During the debrief session, the participants reflected on the impact of their collective efforts. They realized the significance of their contributions in bringing smiles and happiness to the underprivileged children. 200 participants completed the programme with an overall satisfaction score of 9.4/10. Facilitation quality was independently rated 9.6/10. a leading bank reported a visible and sustained improvement in cross-team communication in the weeks following the programme — and subsequently engaged The Thought Bulb for a follow-up session.
