What was the challenge?

The objective of the event was to provide a highly engaging experience for the 70 employees of Team GASL during their yearly offsite. Thought Bulb, the chosen organizers, proposed the Minute to Win It Challenge as the ideal fit for this energetic team.

What solution did we design?

Thought Bulb pitched the Minute to Win It Challenge as the solution for the offsite event. This game involves teams attempting more than 20 challenges in multiple rounds to score the highest points. The challenges are designed to require different skill sets, allowing teams to leverage their strengths and work together effectively.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

The event started with the facilitator energizing the teams through a couple of openers, setting the tone for the ultimate challenge. The teams then moved to the activity area, which featured a state-of-the-art setup with the latest equipment to provide an immersive experience. The teams faced the various Minute to Win It challenges, which tested their speed, agility, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Each team worked together to complete the challenges within a minute, aiming to accumulate the highest points. The program consisted of multiple rounds, ensuring continuous engagement and excitement.

What were the results?

The debrief focused on three key points: delegation, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Following the Minute to Win It Challenge, the facilitator addressed these aspects, emphasizing the importance of delegating tasks within the team to maximize efficiency and achieve optimal results.
