The City Treasure Hunt organized by Thought Bulb for Home First Finance Company brought together 600 participants for an exhilarating adventure in Jaipur. The event aimed to provide a unique and memorable team-building experience through exciting challenges and a competitive race.

What solution did we design?
Thought Bulb pitched the idea of organizing India's biggest city treasure hunt for Home First Finance Company. The proposal included a carefully designed program that combined team challenges, exploration of iconic landmarks, and interaction with local communities. The objective was to foster teamwork, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities among the participants.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
a) Team Travel and Route Management: Thought Bulb facilitated the travel arrangements for the 600 participants, ensuring their smooth transportation from Jaipur Airport to the starting point of the treasure hunt. They also meticulously planned the route, ensuring a seamless flow of the program. b) Necessary Approvals: Thought Bulb took care of obtaining all the required approvals from relevant authorities to conduct the city race, ensuring compliance with local regulations. c) Team Challenges: Exciting team challenges were strategically placed at prominent Jaipur landmarks such as Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, and local villages. These challenges were designed to test the participants' physical and mental capabilities, encouraging collaboration and problem-solving. d) City Race: The treasure hunt culminated in a thrilling city race, where teams competed against each other to claim the coveted team prize. The race required participants to navigate through the city, following clues and solving puzzles to reach the final destination, Fair Mont in Jaipur.

What were the results?
After the city treasure hunt, a debrief session was conducted by Thought Bulb to address the following points: a) Recognition and appreciation of the teams' efforts and achievements. b) Sharing of experiences and insights gained during the adventure. c)Discussion on the importance of teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. d)Identification of key learnings and how they can be applied in the participants' professional and personal lives."
