What was the challenge?
Far & Beyond brought together 80 participants in Jaipur with a clear mandate: strengthen team cohesion, break down silos, and build the kind of trust that translates into real performance. 80 participants from Europe gathered for a 7-day India tour, commencing with a unique experience designed to foster team bonding, creativity, fun, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) by gifting a 'larger than life' map of Europe to a school in Jaipur.

What solution did we design?
The Thought Bulb team created a collaborative Million Pixel Challenge, where participants painted different sections of a customized Europe map highlighting key data elements to form a unified masterpiece through collaboration.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
Teams collaborated on a detailed map of Europe. This intervention paved a way for each team to work on their pre-outlined canvas. Towards the end, through collaboration, the big picture came to life that showcased their teamwork and creativity.
4Key Outcomes
What were the results?
During the debrief, participants reflected on how each team's contributions shaped the final picture, emphasizing how their individual journeys aligned with the overarching goal. The session culminated in an emotional revelation: the entire painted frame would be gifted to a school in Jaipur. This gesture aimed to help children learn about the history and geography of Europe, inspiring them to dream of traveling by prominently displaying the beautiful map in their school. 80 participants completed the programme with an overall satisfaction score of 9.8/10. Facilitation quality was independently rated 10.0/10. Far & Beyond reported a visible and sustained improvement in cross-team communication in the weeks following the programme — and subsequently engaged The Thought Bulb for a follow-up session.
