1The Challenge

What was the challenge?

400 Employees of KPMG came together to create a difference by leveraging the power of team work & making a Difference through the Build a Bicycle Challenge

2Our Solution

What solution did we design?

Thought Bulb proposed the Build a Bicycle Challenge as a team building program for KPMG's 400 employees. The challenge aimed to make a difference in the lives of 40 kids from a local NGO by providing them with their first-ever bicycles. This program offered a unique opportunity for KPMG rock-stars to experience the power of giving and create a positive impact in their community.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

In the Build a Bicycle Challenge, the 400 participants from KPMG were divided into teams. Each team was responsible for assembling a bicycle from scratch. The teams worked together, utilizing their skills and expertise, to construct the bicycles. Once assembled, the bicycles were presented to the 40 kids from the local NGO, providing them with a meaningful gift and a life-changing experience.
