Google brought together their team in Udaipur with a clear mandate: strengthen team cohesion, break down silos, and build the kind of trust that translates into real performance. In collaboration with Google, The Thought Bulb spearheaded a dynamic initiative in Udaipur, fostering community engagement through the Udaipur City Race for Google- Community India Summit. This bespoke event, tailored for developers, hosted 200 Google Community members, delivering an enriching experience immersed in Rajasthan's vibrant local flavors. Crafted to cultivate camaraderie, the event facilitated a collective journey of exploration and learning.

Thought Bulb proposed a groundbreaking Udaipur City Race for Google, emphasizing community engagement with a carefully designed program. Combining team challenges, landmark exploration, and interactions with local communities, the event aimed to enhance teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills among Google Community members, fostering a memorable and impactful community-building experience.

How was the programme delivered?
Route Mastery: Thought Bulb meticulously managed route planning around City Palace, ensuring a seamless program flow. Community Onboarding: Thought Bulb enlisted the local community to curate Udaipur Local Flavours Challenge, ensuring engagement and compliance. Landmark Challenges: Teams faced exhilarating challenges at Udaipur landmarks such as City Palace, Jagdish Mandir, Shikhar Badi, Badi Pol, Sheetala Mata Temple and Gangour Ghat. These challenges were designed to foster sense of community, tradition, and culture experiences, testing physical and mental capabilities for collaboration and problem-solving. Udaipur's Essence: The thrilling city race, culminating at Sheetala Mata Temple, demanded navigating famous locations, interacting with locals, and solving puzzles for coveted team prizes.

What were the results?
Team Recognition: Thought Bulb acknowledged teams' efforts and achievements. Insightful Sharing: Teams shared experiences and race insights. Skill Discussion: A discussion on teamwork, communication, community engagement, and problem-solving emphasized applying learnings in participants' professional and personal lives. The team completed the programme with an overall satisfaction score of 9.7/10. Facilitation quality was independently rated 9.8/10. Google reported a visible and sustained improvement in cross-team communication in the weeks following the programme — and subsequently engaged The Thought Bulb for a follow-up session.
