Savista returned to The Thought Bulb for a two-city engagement — Chennai and Noida — both delivering the Throne Challenge with the same precision. In Chennai, 8 teams of repeat participants took on an experience built around the theme of Adapt for Impact, designed to surprise, unsettle, and reveal how teams respond when the ground shifts beneath them.

1The Challenge

What was the challenge?

Savista's brief was sharp and specific. This wasn't a programme designed around fun or celebration — it was built around a theme: Adapt for Impact. The team needed an experience that would surface real behaviours around agility, breaking silos, thinking win-win, and navigating dynamic situations. The additional complexity was consistency — the same programme had to run in Chennai and Noida, with the same format, the same energy, and the same quality. Standardisation was a non-negotiable requirement. For a repeat client with high expectations, anything less wouldn't do.

2Our Solution

What solution did we design?

The Throne Challenge was designed as a carefully layered experience, with surprises and twists built in at every stage — each designed to bring out a different dimension of the Adapt for Impact theme. At the heart of the activity were four Expert Trackers (ETs), each given a specific customer persona. Two teams shared one ET, and their final output was judged on how well they understood that persona. The twist: no one told participants they could approach the ETs. The insight the activity was designed to surface — that no one stopped them from asking the right questions, they simply didn't think to try — became the most powerful moment of the debrief.

3How We Did It

How was the programme delivered?

The Chennai session ran as an evening programme — a 2-hour experience that had to land with full impact in a compact window. Eighty participants across both cities were split into 8 teams. Two facilitators led the Chennai session, managing the flow of a deliberately surprise-laden experience — ensuring the twists landed at the right moments, the ET interactions were calibrated correctly, and the debrief connected every moment in the activity back to the behaviours Savista cared about. The format was locked and standardised before Chennai ran, so that Noida could receive the identical experience.

4Key Outcomes

What were the results?

The Throne Challenge delivered on its promise of Adapt for Impact. The Expert Tracker surprise — the moment teams realised they could have simply asked the ETs directly — landed the way all the best debrief moments land: not as a lesson taught, but as a realisation arrived at. For Savista, the programme also delivered on its non-negotiable: consistency across cities. Chennai ran. Noida followed. Same experience. Same precision. Same insight.
